Our team proposed creating a single entry point for all users of the city's parking infrastructure. The platform would provide motorists with centralized access to parking-related services while enabling the city to offset the cost of infrastructure improvements. This would be achieved by generating additional revenue through paid integrations with value-added services for drivers, creating a sustainable funding model for future development.
